Toner Deputy Department Spokesperson Washington, DC August 28, 2015 The United States congratulates the governments of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Kosovo, and Montenegro on the signing of landmark agreements demarcating the international borders between BiH and Montenegro and between Kosovo and Montenegro. These agreements, signed during the Western Balkans Summit, will help contribute to peace and stability in the Balkans and further the region’s progress toward Euro-Atlantic integration.
