Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTI Persons Randy Berry traveled to Uganda July 13 - 15 to discuss U.S. commitment to advancing and defending the human rights of LGBTI persons in Uganda and around the world. During the two-day visit, Special Envoy Berry met with senior government representatives, in addition to members of business, academic, and civil society organizations.
