Special Representative for North Korea Policy and Deputy Assistant Secretary for Korea and Japan Ambassador Sung Kim will travel to Seoul, the Republic of Korea (ROK), and Tokyo, Japan, June 29-July 3. In Seoul, Ambassador Kim will participate in the Korea Global Forum 2015, hosted by the ROK Ministry of Unification. He will also meet with senior ROK government officials including Special Representative for Korean Peninsula Affairs Hwang Joon-kook. Ambassador Kim will visit Tokyo July 2-3 for meetings with senior Japanese government officials including Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau Director General Junichi Ihara.
