Assumptions

 

1.  You are working with 600 farming households organized into 30 groups

2.  These farmer groups are using 2 warehouses located in 2 separate villages to store and market their maize.

3.  They will also use the ware house as a market center for inputs to the farmers supplied by dealers.

4.  The project starts in August and end in July, 2016

5.  Planting starts in October/November and harvesting May/July

 

Please high light your activities and roughly tell me what will be the associated costs.  Please note that training and capacity building will be the major component of what you are required to do.

 

You can help for assistance from people who you think have better experience and they can help you.  But please let me have the work plan by evening tomorrow.  This is your interview so do your best.
