Rose Travels to France, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Poland Media Note Office of the Spokesperson Washington, DC May 8, 2015 Assistant Secretary for Arms Control, Verification and Compliance Frank A. Rose will travel to Europe for high-level strategic discussions on a range of arms control and strategic policy issues from May 11 to May 15. From May 11-13, Assistant Secretary Rose will lead an interagency delegation to Paris, London, and Berlin for discussions with foreign affairs and defense ministry counterparts. Assistant Secretary Rose will next travel to Warsaw on May 14-15. He will meet with senior officials from Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of National Defense.
