Press Releases: Special Envoy Seiler Travel to the Republic of Korea 04/24/2015 03:12 PM EDT Special Envoy Seiler Travel to the Republic of Korea Media Note Office of the Spokesperson Washington, DC April 24, 2015 Special Envoy for Six-Party Talks Sydney Seiler will travel to the Republic of Korea (ROK) on April 25 to participate in a conference hosted by the Asan Institute for Policy Studies. Special Envoy Seiler will also meet with senior ROK government officials in Seoul to discuss North Korea policy, including his counterpart Director-General for North Korean Nuclear Affairs Kim Gunn. Special Envoy Seiler will return to Washington, D.C., on May 2.
