Press Releases: Director McKean Travel to Singapore, Cambodia, and Vietnam 03/16/2015 02:54 PM EDT Director McKean Travel to Singapore, Cambodia, and Vietnam Media Note Office of the Spokesperson Washington, DC March 16, 2015 On March 13, the Director of Policy Planning Staff, David McKean, traveled to Singapore to meet with senior government officials in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and experts from think tanks and academia on a range of strategic issues.   Director McKean will travel to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for meetings and discussions with senior government officials, foreign affairs experts, and civil society members on March 17 and 18.   On March 19, Director McKean will travel to Hanoi, Vietnam, for policy talks with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, followed by a dialogue with the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and meetings with experts and senior officials from different ministries and institutions.
