This plan could deliver a thirtyfold increase in the funding made available for EU member states in 2015 to support their efforts to get 650,000 young people into work. Today MEPs will debate a proposal to make it obligatory to indicate on the labels of all processed food, such as lasagne, where the meat in it originates.
