REPOA Resource Centre users can get an access to online materials through Athens platform. Users can access number of online information database like Cambridge Journals Online, e-brary database, Oxford Journals database, Sage Journal database , Science Direct , and Springer Link database. We also have Taylor & Francis and Wiley Online Library.
In order to access these databases you need to fill REPOA Athens membership form and submit to the librarian for registration. The form is also available at REPOA website www.repoa.or.tz under Resource Centre page.
The requirements for registration are:
- The user must be a PhD or Master's student,
- a researcher (must be Tanzanian) and
- a lecturer of any Tanzanian higher learning institution.
Virtual library is open 24hrs a day and seven days a week.

Opening hours for physical library are 10:00 to 13:00; 14:00 to 17:00, Tuesday to Friday.
We are closed on Monday, weekends and public holidays. It is free and open to all members of the public.
