Travel of Special Envoy To Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism to Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Istanbul, Ankara, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv

Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Anti-Semitism (SEAS) Ira Forman will travel to Kyiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Istanbul, Ankara, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv from May 14-28, 2014.

SEAS Forman is scheduled to meet with Jewish communal leaders and government officials in Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk from May 14-16 to assess the situation facing Jewish communities in Ukraine and reaffirm U.S. support for the Ukrainian people.

He will also travel to Istanbul and Ankara from May 20-23 to meet with the Turkish Government and meet with various Jewish communities. From May 25-28, SEAS Forman will be in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv meeting with government officials and nongovernmental organizations.
