[wanabidii] Fwd: FRIDAY 30/5/2014 SIAYA RULING ON HRD, MCA LEONARD ORIARO - YALA SWAMP DOMINION CASE

Friday, May 23, 2014
Good People,

It is now and here that, we all must stand together in unity for solidarity
in order to defeat overly suppression and oppressive behaviors that are seen
as Abusing Rights and dignity of people and are against good morality that
are in tandent(sudden point of digression affecting change of course)with
impacting human rights, honor, values and virtues negatively.  These negative
behaviors affect moral being of a society and they destroy livelihood of a
people and are unacceptable.

We call upon the Government to make sure security is provided for the people
and that, any misbehavior or plan to cause chaos, the security must be alert
and act on time accordingly to secure peace mostly so because of bomb threats,
that are ongoing in the country.  Such situations must be arrested on time
before they even take place.  It is possible that The Dominion President Mr
Calvin Burgess must be watched carefully. He may apply dirty game to have more
people killed from the area as he is interested in grabbing more land in the
area and so may take such opportunity to privately hire some organized thugs
for him to gain an extra mile of the land. This situation must be taken into
serious consideration.  It is because, no one knows when the snake is in the
grass ready to pounce on its prey. Dont give the Devil a chance to destroy
lives.  Greedy business people cannot be trusted, once biten, twice shy. They
are a danger to life, take care!!! The Truth Shall Set us Free Indeed.......
and No One should hold you from speaking the TRUTH, the word from God!!!

However, we all wish you well and May God protect and direct your path......

Alluta !!!

Good Comrades,

I humbly appeal to all Human Rights Defenders - HRDs, wherever you are for a SOLIDARITY mission with me during the above ruling on next week Friday 30th May 2014 at the Siaya Senior Principal Magistrate Law Court.

The case that has been ongoing since 2011, came about when as HRD had chosen to be in solidarity with hundreds of Yala Swamp Farmers whose over 1200 acre field mature maize farms were being destroyed by huge tractor-drawn ploughs belonging to the American DOMINION FARMS LTD under the supervision of the heavily armed regular and Administration police, a time at which the Kenya Government was sending international appeal messages for mitigation of looming national famine.

The chief prosecution witness in this case has been the Dominion Group of Companies' President Mr Calvin Burgess.

Your presence in large numbers in solidarity with me you HRDs in a mightiest way shall help send gigantic signals to all kinds oppressors and repressors  wherever they are globally that time and space is dawning on them.

To highlight HRDs honourable duties to humanity on this our important day I pre-empt a spontaneous  peaceful march in Siaya streets soon after the ruling is pronounced by he Court.

Regards.

HRD, Hon Leonard Otieno Oriaro

County Assembly of Siaya - Kenya
