Now in a case like this, how can one prove that rape took place, or that it didn't? Was it reported immediately and Rape-kit samples taken? Can anyone even prove that sex took place?
I don't know which side to believe.

A first-time MP? We can rule out Sonko and Ruto. We can rule out all women MPs. We can also rule out all the SAVED ones who don't drink.

We can also rule out Luo MPs. Rape is a taboo in our culture and almost never happens except by citified folks who have mixed with other cultures.

I wish the story gave us the MP's County.

Friday, November 01, 2013 – A first time MP is in trouble for raping an upcoming songstress on Monday this week. According to sources, the heinous incident happened in his office after office hours.

According to sources close the songstress cum Karaoke host, she wanted financial assistance from the politician who is known to be philanthropic. The politician called her at night and she rushed to the office.

After talking, the politician opened a bottle of vodka and the two enjoyed the drink as they shared a light moment. The two got totally intoxicated and one thing led to the other.

Within no time they responded to the heat of the moment and had sex in the MPs' office at Continental House. He later gave her the money she needed for her music project.
