I can say here that Uhuru and Ruto fear the unknown! Kenyans, as we speak, elected the two of them and unless they are all dead, God forbid, then there shall be no power vacuum whether or not they are in Kenya.
So, saying that both the President and the Deputy cannot be out of the country at the same time is utter nonsense! In these five years of rule, at one point, both Uhuru and Ruto will be out of this country!
Example Scenario1:
Uhuru is in India in a business trip, Ruto becomes sick and must be flown to a hospital in America?
Scenario 2:
Ruto is in The Hague, say, jailed (God forbid) and Uhuru must attend AU summit in South Africa! Will Uhuru not go out of Kenya because Ruto is Jailed at The Hague?
Scenario 3:
State house is bombed and both Ruto and Uhuru were there and so they both have to be flown out for medical attention...
Well, one may say that I am becoming a prophet of doom but can't these happen? And with the corruption that costed Kenya over 70lives at the Westgate and Westaget itself, Scenario three can easily happen especially with our VERY CONFUSED AND INEFFECTIVE SECURITY APPARETUS!
So, it is important that our two leaders grow up and work than keeping on talking about power power power!!
MY DAILY PRAYER: Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace; Where there is hatred, let me sow love; Where there is injury, let me show pardon; Where there is lies, let me tell the truth; Where there is doubt, let me show faith; Where there is despair, may i show hope; Where there is darkness, let me show light; And where there is sadness, let me show joy. O Divine Master, Grant that I may not so much seek To be consoled, as to console; To be understood, as to understand; To be loved as to love. For it is in giving that we receive; It is in pardoning that we are pardoned; And it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen!

Ruto Expected to Jet In Featured
Deputy President William Ruto is expected to jet back to the country later today after his trial takes a weekend break at The Hague.
This is in a bid to free President Uhuru Kenyatta, to attend the summit of African heads of state and government in Ethiopia scheduled to start tomorrow
The arrival of Ruto is also to avoid a power vacuum when the President flies out of the country
Ruto who has been attending his trial at the international court is also expected to travel back to the Netherlands on Sunday in time for resumption of his trial on Monday
During Thursday's session, Ruto's lead counsel Karim Khan sought to emphasize the point that ODM had members from the Kikuyu community contrary to prosecution claims.
While cross-examining the second prosecution witness, Khan argued that there were a number of senior ODM officials drawn from the Kikuyu community and the party could therefore not have waged blanket violence targeting the community.
President Uhuru Kenyatta has also moved to have ICC permanently stop trials against him citing abuse of the process by the prosecution.
Kenyatta's defence lawyer Steven Kay filed the request on Thursday claiming the defence is in possession of substantial evidence of a serious, sustained and wide ranging abuse on the process of the court carried out by prosecution witnesses.
