- REPOA has set aside funds towards the cost of The Supply and Provision of various Goods, Works and Non Consultancy Services for the financial year 2013/14.
- REPOA now intends to pre-qualify qualified and eligible suppliers, contractors, and service providers for the said supply and provision of Goods, Works and Non- Consultancy Services as listed in paragraph 3. It is expected that invitations to bid will be made in June, 2013
- Pre-qualification will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the REPOA Procurement and Asset Management Manual, 2012 and is open to all registered firms and voluntarily formed joint ventures for the following goods, works and services:

- Interested and eligible applicants may obtain further information from and inspect the pre-qualification documents at the REPOA at the indicated address below. A complete set of pre-qualification documents in English may be purchased by interested applicants and voluntarily formed joint ventures on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of TZS. 100,000.00 or any other freely convertible currency. The method of payment will be cash or bankers cheque in favour of the Executive Director, REPOA.
- All Applicants must provide the following qualification information: certified copies of relevant professional registration certificates, valid business license, VAT/TIN registration and lists of reputable clients served for the last three years
- Applications for pre-qualification should be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the address below by or before 10.00am on 1st July 2013, and be clearly marked “Application for Pre-qualification for Tender No…….[to insert number and description of tender.”
- Applications will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of applicants’ representative who chose to attend.
