[wanabidii] Rais Kagame atuhumiwa kurekebisha katiba kwa manufaa binafsi

Vyama vikubwa vya Upinzani vya Rwanda vilivyo uhamishoni vimemshutumu Rais wa Rwanda, Paul Kagame kuwa anampango wa kufanya mabadiliko ya vifungu vya katiba ili awanie Urais kwa Muhula wa tatu.
 
Chama cha Unified Democratic Forces (FDU) na Rwanda National Congress(RNC) walifanya mkutano wa pamoja mjini Johannesburg nchini Afrika kusini mkutano uliomalizika mwishono mwa Juma.

Vyama hivyo vimesema kuwa mkutano huo umelenga kukemea mipango hiyo ya Rais Kagame na kutoa wito kwa Raia wa Rwanda , nchi jirani na Jumuia ya kimataifa kukemea jitihada hizo za Kagame za kuendelea kubaki madarakani.

Kagame anatarajiwa kumaliza Muhula wake wa pili mwaka 2017.

Taarifa za vyombo vya habari vya ndani ya nchi hiyo vinasema kuwa mwanzaoni mwa mwezi huu, Kagame aliwaagiza Maseneta watatu nchini humo kuhakikisha kunakuwepo na mabadiliko baada ya mwaka 2017.

hatua hiyo imepokelewa kwa namna tofauti huku Waangalizi kadhaa wakisema Chama tawala kitaitisha Kura ya maoni juu ya mabadiliko ya Katiba ili kutoa nafasi kwa Kagame kuwania tena urais.
