[wanabidii] Omega-3: A Cure for Warsama

Sunday, October 21, 2012
I'm right now watching a CNN TV show called The Human Factor hosted by
Dr. Sanjay Gupta.

He's talking about about Omega-3 and its healing qualities with
respect to brain cells. Omega-3 comes from Fish Oil.

As we age, we lose brain cells and the body does not have a mechanism
for regenerating or manufacturing new brain cells. What's dead is dead
for good. A guy like Warsama has by now lost most of his brain cells.
No normal person behaves the way Warsama behaves here. We should not
get angry with him because losing brain cells is a natural process as
one ages.

So far, Stem Cell is the only known technology to help facilitate the
production of certain types of brain cells. But Stem Cell therapy is
full of moral issues and has not gained enough ground yet.

Studies have now shown that consuming a diet of Fish Oli i.e. Omega-3
can help reverse the process of the loss of brain cells. It helps the
body manufacture new brain cells. Interestingly, studies have shown
that the average IQ of people who live in fish-rich regions are higher
than that of others. Could this explain Nyanza and the coast of
Senegal? Not to mention Japan and coastal parts of China
I wonder.

Warsama, though, should look into getting some Fish Oil in his diet.
He's clearly getting senile, going by his behaviour here. He exhibits
senility which is a sign that he's rapidly losing brain cells.

I'm just trying to help.

Courage
