[wanabidii] KATIBA MPYA -TUWEZAVYO KUJIFUNZA KWA WENZETU

Katika kutafuta katiba mpya ni vizuri kuzingatia kuwa kuna nchi ambazo
zimetoa katiba mpya miaka ya karibuni, ikiwemo Kenya, Ghana na Africa
Kusini.

Nchi hizi zimekuwa na matatizo mbalimbali makubwa, yakiwemo
ubaguzi,ufisadi uliopindukia unaowahusisha viongozi wa juu, ukabila na
mapinduzi ya kijeshi ya umwagaji damu.

Katiba za nchi hizi zimeangalia mbele na zimejaribu kuweka misingi ya
kuzikwepesha na haya matatizo siku zijazo. Vilevile ni katiba
zilizoandaliwa wakati sehemu kubwa ya wananchi wakiwa na utambuzi wa haki
zao, na kukiwa hakuna kundi lililokuwa limehodhi nguvu kiasi cha kuweza
kulazimisha mambo waliyoyataka yawekwe kwenye katiba au kukwepesha yale
ambayo hawakuyata yasiwekwe kwenye katiba. Matokea yake zimekuwa katiba
za watu wa nchi husika, na si za viongozi au kundi la wafanyabishara au
wadau wa nchi wenye maslahi katika nchi hizo.

Sisi watanzania mmoja mmoja na katika vikundi, na kamati ya kukusanya
maoni maoni hatuna budi kuzisoma hizi katiba na kujifunza jinsi maswala
haya yalivyowekewa misingi
