Amb.Mwakere was discharged of hate speech after apologizing to the concerned party and the public in general. Perhaps suspects needs the court precedent for apologozing on the alleged charges to get scort free.
Its not a secret that hate speech flies here and there particulary in public forums by our leaders from where social networks pick to debate by takes sides.
Given that Amn.Mwakwere saw the light and appologized, i wish he can wear another cap and become an ambassador of peace where he spells hate speech negativity,and the need for peace especially in the wake of the forth coming elections!
